We dedicate these 3 galleries to Frank and Marlene Messin, the original pioneers of Lindstrom's Renaissance and previous owners of Gustaf's World of Christmas - the building we now call Gustaf's Galleries. We would also like to personally thank our children, Emma and Linda, our familes, our staff most notably Boni Stockel, and all those who helped us in this endeavor especially Ryan Green and Greg Shaleen. We commemorate Linda Ann Jindra, and Molly Frances Jindra in the beauty that lives on here.

Just 35 minutes from the Twin Cities, and 15-20 minutes from the St. Croix Valley,Gustaf's Galleries is home to three distinctive galleries: Up North Fine Art & Framing, The Art of Friendship, and Välkommen. Visitors will find collections of original fine art, fine art crafts, and unique gifts reflecting who we are here in the North.

We invite you to experience our Northern Culture expressed at Gustaf's - our heritage, visual arts, faith, music, ethnic roots, and character traits that make us Minnesotans. Come enjoy the works of our hands, our heads, our hearts and we'll pour you a cup of good'n strong Scandinavian coffee.

Up North Fine Art Gallery since 1973 has exhibited exceptional regional art and fine art crafts. Artists on exhibit are from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, the Dakotas, Michigan and other Upper Midwestern states. All of the fine art and fine art crafts are regionally recognized and the gallery's Primary Featured Artists are nationally, and internationally know. The framing studio is well known in our region for incomparable framing designs and craftsmanship.

The Art of Friendship Gallery exhibits upscale gifts which all express encouragement, friendship, compassion, and support. Collectibles from artist Jim Shore are a definte favorite. Enjoy exceptional gifts, collectibles and artistic greeting cards.

Välkommen Gallery exhibits artwork and unique gifts from Northern Europe including Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Scandinavian art is designed & crafted with imported handmade frames from Sweden and Norway.
